It contains information about education laws and regulations such as Chapter 766 (and the text of them too!), charter schools, etc. Under the Parents and Community section, it provides a School District Profile that lists each district's community characteristics, district characteristics, teacher profiles, and how much fiscal investment there is in the schools located in that district, etc.
