The Blind and Visually Impaired SiteRing was designed to join together web sites that are run by, for, or about individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
The ring is like a circle. One can follow the link on one Blind and Visually Impaired site to go to the next site in the SiteRing. If you continue doing this, you'll eventually end up at the first page (the page that you started at).
When you go to a Blind and Visually Impaired site, you can go to the next site in the SiteRing, the previous site, or list all of the sites in the Blind and Visually Impaired Site Ring.
Consult the "Guidelines for this Ring" section below to determine if your site is eligible for this ring. Then, click here to add your site to the Blind and Visually Impaired SiteRing.
Once you fill out the form, you will be e-mailed the HTML code which must be added somewhere on your site. Please e-mail me, as directed in the e-mail you'll be sent, so the HTML on your site can be verified. Once that's been done, I'll activate your site in the ring.
Please be aware that until you tell me the HTML has been added and I've activated your site in the ring, the "previous" and "next" links in the HTML will not work.
To change your e-mail address, site address, password, description, etc., or to view the HTML that must be added to your site, click on the "Edit my site's info" button.
If you have forgotten your site id, take a look at either the Blind and Visually Impaired SiteRing-related HTML on your site or the e-mail you were sent when you joined the ring. (That's the e-mail you were asked to save!).
If you have forgotten your password, then whoever is listed as the contact person for your site on the Blind and Visually Impaired SiteRing should send me an e-mail with your site id. This is is to be sure I give the password only to the authorized contact person!
Thanks,
Betsy Walker, Ringmaster of the Blind Ring
